The project runs on a single contract: scope, a brand-level material list, the payment plan and the handover date are all signed. Throughout execution you receive photo progress reports and follow every stage without needing to visit the site. At handover the home is professionally cleaned and the 12-month warranty period begins.

What is the difference between turnkey and a regular renovation?
In a regular renovation you coordinate the trades, materials and schedule yourself; in a turnkey project you sign one contract and deal with one counterpart. Coordination, procurement and schedule risk transfer to the firm.
How does the payment plan work?
Payments are tied to stage completions: each instalment is due after a stage is finished and jointly inspected. Full upfront payment is never required.
Can furniture and decoration be included in the scope?
Yes. Custom cabinetry, kitchens, TV units and decorative wall finishes can be added to the turnkey scope, planned together with our home decoration service.
What happens if the handover date is missed?
The handover date is written into the contract with clear delay terms; as long as material approvals arrive on time, schedule risk is ours.
