Do I need permission from building management?
Most buildings require notification, some a written permit. We handle this on your behalf, presenting the work plan and our insurance documents to management.
When is noisy work carried out?
Demolition and drilling are concentrated in permitted hours, typically weekdays 09:00–17:00; we do no noisy work at weekends.
Do you take on partial jobs like just a kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. Partial scopes — bathroom, kitchen, flooring or painting — get the same written process and warranty standard.
How are my belongings protected during the work?
Remaining furniture is wrapped in dust-proof covers and sensitive items isolated by room; we can also arrange partnered storage if preferred.
