Factory Renovation

The production line doesn't stop — the renovation adapts to your production plan, not the other way round.

Factory Renovation

In factory renovation the unit of measure is the production hour: every stoppage must be planned, every shift gap used. EMC Decor synchronises with your production plan on industrial projects — major operations at weekends, zone-based work on night shifts, complete conversions during summer shutdowns.

Our scope runs from the production floor to staff facilities: impact- and chemical-resistant epoxy flooring systems, painting of steel structures and machinery, fire-code-compliant partition walls, management offices, canteens and changing rooms. All crews are HSE-trained and certified; we comply fully with your site rules and integrate with your permit-to-work systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can floors be renewed without any production stoppage?

With zone phasing, yes: the area is barriered off, fast-curing systems (e.g. methacrylate-based) are applied in a weekend window and opened to forklift traffic by Monday morning.

Do you work in food-production facilities?

Yes — with food-safety-compliant seamless, washable surface systems (hygienic epoxy, antibacterial paint), delivering application certificates in the handover file.

How is steel structure painting done at height?

By certified working-at-height crews from scissor lifts or scaffolding; surface prep (mechanical cleaning/priming) matches the corrosion grade, and coat thicknesses are measured and reported.

Do you have industrial references?

Examples of our production-facility painting and flooring projects are in the portfolio; comparable references are shared at the survey meeting.
