From Craft to Corporate Discipline

Our story did not start in an easy place. We are six siblings; we lost our father very early and entered working life young, far from home, on construction sites. We learned this trade from apprenticeship up — our founder has been in the industry since the age of 12, at the plastering trough while still attending school.

Two things travelled with us from those years: the resilience that hardship teaches, and the mathematics of the work. The maths and geometry we were strong at in school never stayed abstract in this trade — they became the tools we use daily, from quantity surveys to square checks, from material consumption to level tolerances.

In Türkiye, homeowners and businesses prefer to entrust turnkey projects to companies that own the process end-to-end rather than to individual tradesmen. EMC Decor was founded precisely for that need: a brother who is a master of the discipline at the head of each trade, and one execution order above all of them. Commitments are written, progress is photographed, handover closes with a warranty.
