How long does a typical renovation take?
Depending on scope and material lead times, a standard apartment renovation takes 4–8 weeks, while larger commercial projects run 10–16 weeks.
Is the initial quote free?
Yes — the first quote, prepared after an on-site visit and measurement, is free and provided in writing with a full material breakdown.
Do you charge for measurement, consultation or 3D design?
Measurement, the on-site survey and phone consultation are completely free. Preparing an as-built survey, 3D design and AutoCAD drawings, however, is a separate body of work that takes real time and effort; if you go ahead with us, these are free too — there are no hidden or surprise charges at any stage.
Who chooses the materials?
You choose from our RAL-coded paint and natural-material palette; our team advises on technical suitability and sourcing.
What does the warranty cover?
All work carries a 12-month warranty from the handover date.
Can you source rare materials?
Yes — we source marble, travertine, and specialty wood cladding through our supplier network.
