Do you come out for very small jobs?
Yes; we book appointments even for a single tile swap or one crack repair. Small jobs are grouped by district, so the slot may be a few days out.
What if a damp stain comes back?
With damp we first identify the source (leak, condensation, façade); we do not accept jobs that just paint over it. A source-fixed repair is under warranty — if it recurs, we return free of charge.
Will a paint touch-up match the existing colour?
If the old paint code is unknown, we colour-scan the surface and paint to natural break lines (corners, trims) so any tone difference is invisible.
How fast can you attend an emergency?
For emergencies like active leaks we usually attend the same day within Istanbul; sending photos via WhatsApp speeds up triage.
