Complete Home Renovation
We strip an old home back to its structure and rebuild it to as-new standard, from utilities to the final coat of paint.

A complete renovation demands a different engineering discipline than a partial refresh: in 20–30-year-old buildings the electrical and plumbing systems must be re-designed for today's loads, floor screeds re-levelled, and walls re-assessed for plaster and insulation. Getting the invisible infrastructure right before the visible surfaces determines how long the renovation lasts.
EMC Decor plans a full refit layer by layer: each layer's material, curing time and inspection method is part of the written process plan. From wiring runs to tile joints, every application is done by our own teams — you never pay a middleman margin. After handover, warranty follow-up continues for 12 months.

What is included in a complete renovation?
Demolition, full electrical and plumbing renewal, screed, wall and ceiling work, insulation, paint, flooring, interior doors, and complete kitchen and bathroom refits — all in one project.
Is it necessary to renew utilities in old buildings?
In buildings over 20 years old we strongly recommend it: old runs can't carry today's appliance loads, and legacy pipework buried under new surfaces means future demolition. We test and document the system at the survey.
How many weeks does a complete renovation take?
For an 80–120 m² apartment the typical duration is 6–10 weeks. The final schedule depends on demolition findings, material lead times and curing periods, and is fixed in the contract.
Can I buy the materials myself?
Yes; you can procure against our brand list if you prefer. Our volume agreements, however, usually beat retail prices on most items — we show both scenarios in the quote.
