How long does a home renovation take?
A complete refit of a standard apartment takes 4–8 weeks. The exact schedule is committed in writing after the survey, based on scope and material lead times.
Can I keep living at home during the renovation?
For partial renovations we can stage the work room by room; for complete refits we recommend moving out temporarily due to dust, noise and utility interruptions. We prepare a schedule for both scenarios at the survey.
What does the quote include?
The quote itemises labour, a brand-level material list, transport, debris removal and the timeline commitment. No surprise costs appear outside the quote during the project.
