A project in Bahçeşehir that ran two distinct scopes side by side: the renovation of a factory building and, in the same window, the complete renovation of an apartment — both completed on a single 4-month schedule. The factory scope centred on epoxy floor coating and renovating the steel-framed work areas.
Managing two jobs of very different scale (a corporate factory and a home) at the same time takes careful crew prioritization; EMC Decor took on both scopes with its own team and delivered them on the same timeline.
